Put your people first
Send in the mower.
Keep your people in control.
Steep banks, uneven ground and awkward access call for a different approach. Raymo brings remote control and slope capability together to help reduce operator exposure on demanding mowing jobs.
Keep your operator off the mower
Control the machine from a suitable position with a clear view of the work area, without riding on it.
Take on slopes with control
Four-wheel drive and a low centre of gravity support mowing on banks, slopes and undulating ground.
Reach difficult mowing areas
A low profile and zero-turn manoeuvrability help reach beneath structures and around obstacles.
Add the benefits of electric
Quiet operation, no exhaust at the mower and no combustion engine to service strengthen the case for your fleet.

Operator safety comes first
Choose where you stand.
Stay in control.
Remote control changes where the operator needs to be. With Raymo, your team can choose a suitable operating position with a clear view of the terrain, machine and surrounding area, helping reduce exposure during challenging mowing work.
- No operator riding on the mower
- Direct radio control with the machine in view
- No ride-on vibration transmitted through a seat
The business value of safer mowing
Protect your people.
Strengthen your business case.
The cost of a mowing incident can extend well beyond the day it happens. Helping reduce operator exposure can support safer work and help avoid the costs that injuries create.
Claims and workers’ compensation
Preventing injuries can help avoid claims, excess payments and the time spent managing an incident.
Downtime and replacement labour
Fewer injury-related absences can mean less disruption, less replacement labour and more continuity for your team.
Insurance implications
A stronger claims record may support lower premiums where claims experience affects pricing. Outcomes depend on your scheme and insurer.
Consider these potential benefits alongside terrain suitability, training and your existing safety controls. Savings depend on actual safety outcomes and insurance arrangements.

Match the machine to your terrain
The right setup for your slopes and site.
Your ground, vegetation and access requirements guide the choice of tyres, cutting deck and battery setup. A demonstration helps you assess the configuration for your work.
- Tyres for your terrainChoose a tyre configuration suited to your ground and application.
- Interchangeable cutting decksMatch the deck to presentation mowing, municipal work or taller grass.
- POWERSWAP batteriesExchange the battery while another pack charges.
- Raylink telemetryReview operating hours, location, machine setup and battery information.
The added advantage of electric
Quieter mowing.
Less engine servicing.
Electric power brings everyday benefits alongside remote control and slope capability. Reduce noise around active sites, remove exhaust at the mower and simplify the engine-service schedule. Hear how quieter mowing makes a difference on college grounds.
- Quiet operation around noise-sensitive sites
- No combustion-engine oil or fuel filters to service
- Swappable batteries to support your mowing schedule

How this estimate is calculated
This compares equal annual mowing hours for your current petrol equipment and Raymo.
- Annual hours = hours per week × weeks per year × machines.
- Petrol cost = annual hours × litres per hour × petrol price.
- Electricity cost = annual hours × kWh per hour × (1 + charging percentage ÷ 100) × electricity price.
- Annual energy saving = petrol cost − electricity cost.
All costs are in AUD excluding GST. This is an energy-cost estimate, not a complete return-on-investment or payback calculation. Purchase, finance, servicing, labour, downtime and resale value are excluded. Actual productivity and energy use depend on the site, deck, terrain and conditions.

Questions before a demonstration
Your terrain. Your team. Your questions.
How does remote control help protect operators?
The operator controls Raymo without riding on the mower and can choose a suitable position with a clear view of the work area. This helps reduce exposure on difficult terrain and avoids ride-on vibration. The operating position and work area still need to be planned for the site.
Can Raymo mow our slopes and embankments?
Raymo combines four-wheel drive, a low centre of gravity and remote control for slope mowing and undulating terrain. Suitability depends on the slope, surface, vegetation and machine configuration. An on-site demonstration helps assess the right setup and operating approach within the manufacturer's limits.
Can Raymo handle commercial mowing, not just fine turf?
Yes. Raymo is a commercial tool carrier with interchangeable deck options. The R42 FLEX supports manicured and general municipal mowing, while the R48 CRAFT is designed for taller grass, solar farms and rough-cut applications.
How do we know whether Raymo suits our site?
Tell the Raymo team about your terrain, access limitations, current equipment and mowing schedule. They can recommend a carrier, deck and battery setup and arrange a demonstration where appropriate.
How long does a Raymo battery last?
The 120 Ah POWERSWAP battery is rated for approximately 4–5 hours of operation. Actual run time varies with the deck, terrain, grass conditions and operating intensity. A removable battery allows another pack to be used while the first charges.
What maintenance does an electric mower require?
Raymo still requires routine inspection and deck, tyre and blade maintenance, but there is no combustion engine oil, fuel filter, air filter or conventional engine system to service.
Can it be monitored as part of a fleet?
Raylink telemetry provides access to location, operating history, machine configuration, operating hours and battery state through a cloud-based fleet view.
